A strategic diagnostic tool that evaluates an organisation’s capability across Governance, Risk Intelligence, Sustainability, Resilience and Assurance.
Each of the 25 questions is answered using the same six-point capability scale below. Read through what each level means, then continue when you’re ready.
How to score: Select the capability level that best reflects your organisation’s current evidenced practice. Base your response on established practice and objective evidence, rather than planned improvements or isolated examples.
No established practice or objective evidence is available.
Some activity exists, but it is informal or inconsistent, with limited supporting evidence.
Defined practices are emerging and some evidence exists, but implementation is not yet consistent.
Defined practices are consistently implemented, with clear responsibilities and reliable supporting evidence.
Practices are well embedded, routinely monitored and reviewed, with evidence of effective implementation and improvement.
Capability is fully embedded, integrated into decision-making and proactively improved, with strong evidence of sustained effectiveness.
Each question is scored from 0 (Not Evident) to 5 (Leading Practice). Your score for each domain is the total of its 5 questions, out of a maximum of 25, shown as a percentage. Your overall Future Readiness Score™ is the total of all 25 questions, out of a maximum of 125, also shown as a percentage.
Tip: the i icon next to every answer option stays available throughout the assessment, so you can check what a level means again at any time.
